Pork Chop And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked white rice
    1 sliced onion
    1 sliced green pepper
    6 to 8 pork chops, browned
    3 cans beef consomme
Preparation
    Layer in 13 x 9-inch pan, rice, onion, green pepper, pork chops and consomme.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until liquid is cooked away.
