Pork Chops And Hash Browns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 tsp. seasoning salt
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can French fried onion rings
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet. Sprinkle pork chops with seasoning salt and brown in hot skillet. Set aside. In large mixing bowl, combine soup, sour cream, black pepper, potatoes and cheese. In 9 x 13 baking dish, layer potato mixture with pork chops on top. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes. Cover with onion rings and return to oven for 5 more minutes. Serves 6.
