Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. water
1 Tbsp. oil
food coloring
2 Tbsp. cream of tartar
1/2 c. salt
1 c. flour

Preparation

Cook over medium heat, stirring until mixture forms a ball. Knead lightly until smooth.
Store in an airtight container.
