2/3 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. coconut
Preparation

Cook until thick; take off stove and add lemon juice, coconut and butter.
Blend well.
Pour into a baked pie shell.
Add meringue made with the 2 egg whites.
