Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 avocados (ripe)
    1/4 c. sour cream (non-fat)
    1 tomato, finely chopped
    2 garlic cloves, sliced (on toothpicks)
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    2 to 3 drops of Tabasco
    2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mash avocados to a lumpy consistency.
    Mix all ingredients except the garlic.
    Stick the toothpicks with garlic into the mixture.
    Refrigerate.
    Remove toothpicks with garlic before serving.
