Oven Barbecued Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 to 2 lb. lean ground beef
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. vinegar
4 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. ketchup
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. chopped bell pepper
Preparation

In a bowl, moisten the bread crumbs with the milk and combine them with the meat, salt and pepper.
Shape the mixture into 24 meat balls and place them in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
In another bowl, combine the remaining ingredients to make the barbecue sauce.
Pour the sauce over the meat balls and bake them, covered, at 475\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Serves 8 to 10.
