Shrimp Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can broken shrimp
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    scraped onion juice
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients to form a spread.
    Cut Pepperidge Farm French loaves into thin slices and spread mixture evenly on bread. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    May be made ahead and frozen. Increase baking time 10 to 15 minutes.
