Chicken, Broccoli And Ziti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
    1 head broccoli
    3/4 c. chopped onions
    3 or 4 cloves garlic
    1 can chicken broth
    1/2 c. water
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 lb. American cheese (white)
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 lb. ziti
    4 Tbsp. butter (not margarine)
    pepper
Preparation
    In
    a large frypan fry and simmer the chicken in 2 tablespoons of butter.
    When the chicken is 80% cooked remove it from the pan and place it in a large bowl and set aside.
    In another large pan saute the garlic and onions in 2 tablespoons of butter.
    Once sauteed, add the chicken broth with 1/2 cup of water, then add the chicken bouillon, parsley and pepper.
    Simmer until the seasoning has dissolved, then add the Velveeta and American cheese.
    Stir occasionally, until the cheese has melted, then add the cooked chicken.
    Simmer and stir occasionally.
    Cook the broccoli (do not overcook).
    Add sour cream to the sauce mixture that is simmering. Keep the sauce stirred, you don't want to burn it.
    Cook the ziti in lightly salted water (don't overcook).
    Drain the ziti, however, do not rinse.
    Put ziti back into pot.
    Pour the sauce mixture into the ziti pot and mix.
    Pour all into a baking pan; sprinkle top with grated cheese, if desired, and place the cooked broccoli on top.
    Bake in preheated oven a 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour, uncovered.
    Serve hot and enjoy!
