Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Mazola oil
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    2 egg yolks, well beaten
    3 to 4 pieces garlic
    1 echalotte (scallion)
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    salt and pepper
    Parmesan cheese (at choice)
    cream (at choice)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in blender.
