Butterscotch Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1 egg or 2 egg whites
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Blend oil and brown sugar.
    Stir in egg.
    Blend flour and baking powder and add to egg mixture.
    Add vanilla.
    Pour in greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Cook 25 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
