Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. coarsely chopped pretzel nubs
    2 sticks margarine, melted
    1 c. sugar
    16 oz. bowl Cool Whip
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1 large (16 to 20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Mix pretzels, margarine and 1 cup sugar and press in 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
    Take Cool Whip, cream cheese and sugar; mix and spread on pretzels.
    Put pineapple and cornstarch in saucepan; bring to a boil until thickens.
    Spread on top of cream mixture.
    Chill!
