Heritage Coleslaw(Serves 8) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small head cabbage, shredded
3 to 4 medium carrots, shredded
1/2 pt. low-fat sour cream
1/2 c. low or no fat mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
