Casserole Of Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 can cream of shrimp soup
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    6 to 8 large sliced mushrooms
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1 lb. cooked deveined shrimp
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
Preparation
    In a 2-quart casserole dish, combine butter and mushrooms 2 to 3 minutes on High in microwave, stirring once.
    Stir in soup, soy sauce and white pepper.
    Microwave on High 3 minutes or until hot. Stir once.
    Stir in shrimp and sour cream.
    Cover with lid and cook on Medium in microwave 4 to 5 minutes or until heated.
    Stir once.
    Serve over rice.
