Italian Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 lb. turkey burger
    1/2 lb. hot sausage
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce
    dash of Tabasco
    1 qt. hot salsa
    46 oz. can V-8 juice
    1 lb. penne pasta (uncooked)
Preparation
    Fry the burger, sausage, onion and green pepper in the butter.
    When cooked, add cumin, hot sauce, Tabasco and salsa. Simmer for about 30 minutes.
    Add V-8 juice.
    Bring to boil and add pasta.
    Cook until pasta is just tender.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
