Glazed Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Lipton recipe secrets onion soup mix
    2/3 c. apricot or peach preserves
    1/2 c. water
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    2 large green bell peppers, sliced
    2 c. hot, cooked rice
Preparation
    In a small bowl, thoroughly combine onion soup mix, preserves and water; set aside.
    In an aluminum foil-lined broiler pan, arrange chicken breasts and peppers.
    Top with soup mixture. Broil 20 minutes or until chicken is done, turning once while broiling.
    Serve over hot rice.
