Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 red bell peppers
    12 green bell peppers
    6 medium size onions
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Wash and seed peppers and grind together with the onions. Scald and let set for 5 minutes, then scald for the second time and drain.
    Add sugar, vinegar and salt and cook for about 15 minutes to thicken.
    Pour in sterilized jars and seal.
