Herb Baked Chicken Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium boned chicken breasts
    2 cans frozen apple juice, thawed
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon, ground
    1 tsp. nutmeg, ground
    1 Tbsp. ginger, ground
    3 Tbsp. cardamon, ground
    2 Tbsp. fresh sage, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped fine
    1/4 c. lemon juice (fresh)
    1 tsp. salt (can omit)
    1 tsp. hot red pepper, ground
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
    Wash chicken; put in colander to drain and wipe dry with paper towel.
    Prepare chicken first and set aside.
    Place chicken in large baking plan flat and pour over chicken.
    Refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours. Cover with wax paper.
