Fantastic Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. creamed cottage cheese
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted
    1 pt. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    Put cottage cheese in blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Add cream cheese and mix until blended and creamy. Blend in sugar, then eggs. Add cornstarch, flour, lemon juice and vanilla.
    Mix until well blended.
