Sunday Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    8 oz. sour cream
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of potato soup
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 c. Parmesan cheese (sprinkle on top)
Preparation
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 50 minutes.
    I haven't found anyone who didn't love this dish.
    Freezes well also.
