Cantaloupe Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cantaloupe
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 Tbsp. margarine
dash of salt
Preparation

Cut cantaloupe into about 1-inch cubes.
Place in a 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
Mix sugar, flour and salt and sprinkle over cantaloupe.
Then sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with margarine. Bake at 425\u00b0 until thick and brown.
