Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 c. sliced onions
    1 1/2 c. rice (can be 1/2 brown and 1/2 white)
    2 cans consomme (16 oz. each)
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1 large can mushrooms and juice
Preparation
    In butter, saute
    onions until pale yellow.
    Place in large casserole. Add remaining ingredients, let stand all day.
    Bake, uncovered, 1 1/2 hours in 350\u00b0 oven.
