Basic Loaf Recipe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked grain or legume
    1/2 c. nuts or seeds
    2 to 3 pieces crumbled bread
    1 1/2 c. liquid (milk or broth)
    1 c. chopped vegetables (onion, celery and green pepper)
    seasonings (salt, herbs and garlic)
Preparation
    Saute
    vegetables
    in
    3 tablespoons water with garlic. Mix together
    all
    ingredients.
    Loaf
    should be moist but not runny. Bake in sprayed pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
