Garden Turkey Pockets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cubed turkey breasts
    1/2 c. shredded carrots
    1/2 c. diced celery
    2 1/2 Tbsp. plain yogurt
    2 Tbsp. oil-free Italian dressing
    green leaf lettuce
    2 (6-inch) whole wheat pita bread rounds, cut in half
Preparation
    Combine turkey (skinned and cooked without salt), carrots, celery and yogurt.
    Stir well.
    Cover and chill.
