Easy Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 egg or 2 egg whites, beaten
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. olive oil or vegetable oil
2 c. Prego traditional spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
4 c. hot cooked spaghetti
Preparation

Dip chicken into egg.
Coat with bread crumbs.
In skillet, over medium heat, heat oil.
Cook chicken 10 minutes or until done.
Set chicken aside.
In same pan, heat Prego sauce to a boil.
Return chicken to skillet.
Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until chicken is done.
Top chicken with cheese and heat until cheese is melted.
Serve with spaghetti.
Top with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
Serves 4.
