Cuban Shredded Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. flank steak
1 1/2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 large onion
1 large green pepper
salt (use shakers)
pepper (use shakers)
olive oil
Preparation

Slice flank steak in strips (1/2-inch thick by 2 inches long). Use enough water to cover strips in pressure cooker.
Close lid; cook on high until steam comes out.
Put cap on lid; lower heat to medium.
Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
