Hawaiian Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups cooked chicken breasts-cubed
    1 cup pineapple chunks
    1 cup dates, chopped
    1 cup celery, finely diced
    1/2 slivered almonds, toasted or pecans
Preparation
    Lightly toss the chicken, pineapple, dates, celery and almonds until mixed.
    Chill well
    before you add the mayonnaise. Serve on crunchy bed of lettuce - serves 6.
