Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. dark corn syrup
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. broken pecans
    3/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and salt in a 2-quart bowl.
    Add in syrup and mix well.
    Beat eggs in with fork one at a time.
    Mix in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into a 9-inch pie pan lined with unbaked pastry.
    Bake near center of 375\u00b0 oven for about 50 minutes or until firm.
    Cool before serving.
