Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
4 eggs
1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
2/3 c. water
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans or 3 small individual loaf pans.
Cream sugar and oil together.
Add eggs and pumpkin.
Mix well. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with water.
Pour into prepared pans. Bake larger loaf pans for 1 hour 20 minutes. Bake small loaf pans approximately 45 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool on wire rack.
