Cantaloupe Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium cantaloupes, cubed
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten with 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 stick butter or margarine
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook cantaloupe and 1 1/2 cups sugar.
    Mix remaining 1/2 cup sugar, flour, salt and egg to cooked cantaloupe, butter and vanilla.
    Pour into baked pie shell.
    Cool and cover with whipped topping.
    Makes 2 pies.
