Almost A Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium eggs
    2 c. skim milk
    4 Tbsp. diet margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. coconut extract
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 slices diet bread
    1/2 c. artificial sweetener (2 Tbsp. sugar substitute)
    2 pkg. apple snacks
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in blender.
    Turn on; count slowly to 10.
    Turn off.
    Pour into 9-inch pie pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
