No Fat Lo-Cal Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs or 1/2 c. egg substitute
    2/3 c. dry milk
    1 c. pumpkin
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 tsp. baking soda
    6 Tbsp. flour
    2 to 8 pkg. sweetener
    1 c. grated carrot (optional)
    2 Tbsp. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Whisk eggs.
    Add milk and pumpkin.
    Mix well.
    Add the rest of ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Spoon into Pam sprayed 12 tin muffin pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 20 minutes.
