Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. salad oil
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
4 c. finely diced apples
1 pkg. butterscotch chips

Preparation

Combine in order given.
Mix well and top with butterscotch chips.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Do not grease pan.
