Chicken Satay - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small onion, finely chopped
2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
2 garlic cloves
1/4 c. lime juice
2 Tbsp. dark soy sauce
2 Tbsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cut the chicken breasts on the diagonal into very thin strips and place in a shallow dish.
Combine the marinade ingredients and pour over the chicken. Stir once, cover, and leave to marinate overnight.
