Lemon Refrigerator Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
1 c. boiling water
1/3 c. lemon juice
2/3 c. orange juice
grated lemon or orange rind
1 can Milnot, whipped
1 c. sugar
2 c. vanilla wafers
dash of salt
Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling water; add juice, salt and rind. Chill until slightly thickened.
Whip Milnot until very stiff; gradually beat in sugar, then jello mixture.
Line bottom of 8 x 12-inch dish with vanilla crumbs.
Pour mixture over crumbs. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
Chill.
