Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    3 cans tomato sauce
    3 cans diced Ortega chilies
    1 block Jack cheese, grated
    1 block Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 large can enchilada sauce
    2 doz. flour tortillas
Preparation
    Boil chicken.
    Cool and take off bones.
    Shred chicken and add tomato sauce, chili and garlic salt to taste.
    Heat tortillas on ungreased skillet until warm.
    Wrap in tinfoil to keep warm.
    Put meat mixture (spoonful) in warm tortilla.
    Also spoonful of each grated cheese.
    Roll tortillas and line in greased pan.
    Top with enchilada sauce and grated cheese.
    Heat until enchiladas are heated through and cheese is bubbly at 325\u00b0, about 30 to 45 minutes.
