Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. fryers or fryer pieces
1 lb. thin spaghetti
1 medium green pepper
3 to 4 stalks celery, diced
1 can mushrooms
1 small jar pimentos
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Boil chicken until tender.
Debone chicken and cut into bite-size pieces.
Cook spaghetti in chicken stock.
Cook green pepper and celery in stock.
Mix chicken, green pepper, mushrooms, pimentos and spaghetti.
Pour in soup (add water, if needed). Place in lightly greased casserole dish and bake in moderate oven until bubbles.
Top with grated cheese and continue baking until cheese melts.
Total Baking Time:
30 minutes.
Serves 8 to 10.
