Tea Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and roll.
Cut with tea cake cutter.
Mash with fork.
Bake on 325\u00b0 until edges begin to brown.
