Taco Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's condensed tomato soup
    1 soup can water
    1/4 c. salsa
    crumbled tortilla chips
    shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
    sliced green onion
    sour cream
Preparation
    In 1 1/2-quart saucepan, combine soup, water and salsa.
    Over medium heat, heat through, stirring occasionally.
    Sprinkle each serving with tortilla chips, cheese and onion; top with spoonful of sour cream.
