Can'T Believe It'S A Brownie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Swiss chocolate cake mix
    1 bag Kraft caramels
    1 c. chocolate chips (6 oz.)
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
Preparation
    In saucepan, melt caramels and 1/2 can milk; set aside and keep warm.
    Mix cake mix, melted margarine and 1/2 can milk until moistened.
    Mixture will be thick.
    Spread half of this mixture in a well-greased, floured pan (9 x 13-inch).
    Bake for 6 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool briefly.
    Spread chocolate chips evenly over baked cake.
    Spread caramel mixture over chocolate chips.
    Put remaining cake mixture over top.
    Bake for 14 to 18 minutes, until top is set.
    Brownie will pull away from sides.
    Do not overbake.
    Cool; cut into small squares.
