Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. white sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. Wesson or Crisco oil
3 c. grated carrots
4 eggs
Preparation

Sift flour and mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
Add oil, carrots and eggs.
Stir until well mixed.
Pour in lightly greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting or your favorite kind.
