German Pancake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    powdered sugar
    lemon, cut in half
Preparation
    Melt margarine in ovenproof skillet, about 10 minutes in diameter.
    Combine flour, milk, eggs and nutmeg in bowl.
    Pour into hot skillet.
    Bake in preheated 450\u00b0 oven 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
    Remove from oven.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar and lemon juice and serve immediately.
