Ingredients

1 1/2 cup rice flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cup milk or water
2 egg yolks beaten
3 tbsp. oil
2 egg whites beaten and folded in
2 cans of carrots or one bag of small carrots
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 stick butter
Preparation

If using fresh cook them till tender. Canned ones drain most of the liquid away an place in kettle add butter and sugars. Cook on medium heat till all is melted and stir well.
