Hot Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
    2 c. seasoned crouton stuffing
    1/2 c. bread crumbs, plain
    1 onion, minced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 1/2 tsp. thyme
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 large eggs
    3/4 c. butter, melted
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well. Combine remaining ingredients with spinach; mix well.
    Chill mixture for at least 2 hours or overnight.
    Form spinach mixture into 1-inch balls.
    Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 4 to 6 dozen.
