Barb'S Cream Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple or mandarin oranges
    1 c. Cool Whip
    3 oz. pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Drain pineapple or mandarin oranges, chopped, leaving just a little juice.
    Mix Cool Whip and cream cheese together for approximately 1 minute at medium speed.
    Add pineapple and blend about 3 minutes at high speed.
