Mrs. Sullivan'S Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. oil
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1 egg, beaten
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix together flour, sugars, nutmeg, salt and oil.
Set aside 3/4 cup.
Continue, adding buttermilk, soda and egg.
Turn into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
To reserved flour mixture, add the nuts and cinnamon to make streusel topping. Sprinkle topping over cake and bake 25 to 30 minutes.
