Spaghetti - Italian Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sweet Italian style turkey or other sausage, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    4 c. chopped, peeled tomatoes
    4 tsp. tomato paste
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In large skillet, cook sausage until brown in olive oil. Remove sausage and wilt onions in oil.
    Remove or drain oil from skillet.
    Add rest of ingredients and cook about 5 minutes.
    Add sausage and simmer, stirring often, for about 30 minutes.
