Oatmeal Scotchies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. uncooked oatmeal
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In small bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon, set aside.
In large bowl combine butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla.
Beat until creamy.
Gradually add flour mixture.
Stir in oats and morsels.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 7 to 8 minutes for chewier cookies or 9 to 10 minutes for crisper cookies.
Makes about 4 dozen.
