Gazpacho Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced
    1 large can tomato juice
    2 carrots, sliced
    5 radishes
    1 Spanish onion
    2 lemons
    1 jar pimientos
    1 can green chili salsa (optional)
    2 Tbsp. fresh dill weed, sweet basil, oregano, coriander or thyme
    3 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 ripe tomato
Preparation
    Into blender, combine cukes and tomato juice.
    Place in a non-metal container.
    Blend all other vegetables except only 1/2 of onion.
    Add juice of 2 lemons and pimientos, salsa, spices and sliced tomato.
    Refrigerate and serve after a couple of hours or days.
