Kensington Club Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/8 c. soy sauce
1 small can pineapple juice
1/8 c. wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. crushed garlic
1/2 c. sherry
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Meats can be marinated in this sauce up to 8 days.
Can also be used as a basting sauce.
Terrific for chicken, pork, beef and fish.
With fish, only marinate overnight or a few hours.
