Lazy Pierogis - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. farmer cheese (about)
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 chopped onion, sauteed in butter
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients together.
    You may need a little more flour.
    Roll dough 2 inches in diameter.
    Cut into 1/2-inch pieces. Cook in boiling water about 5 minutes (when pieces come to the top).
    Put into colander to drain.
    Butter a serving dish and place these pieces on it.
    Pour some sauteed onions over the layers.
